Barnaby's story is heartbreaking, but we're hoping his next chapter is anything but. Found abandoned and tied to a railing in the East Village, Barnaby had endured significant neglect before kind strangers stepped in to help. Now safe at Animal Haven, he's finally enjoying soft bedding, proper care, and some much-deserved rest. Despite everything, his tail still wags! This resilient senior deserves a home where he'll never have to worry about being loved again.
